Juicy, tender, and oh so delicious! Our Italian Beef is tried and true to its Chicago roots, having been sold to famed Chicagoland restaurants and enjoyed by Chicagoans for years. Each 2.5 lb pack seres 8-10 and comes with 2lbs of gravy; 5lb package serves 10- 16 people and comes with 4lbs of gravy. Au Jus (gravy) packaged separately from beef. Beef comes fully cooked. Just gently warm Au Jus, add beef, and let the sandwich making begin!

Best Italian Beef and Ultimate Crowd Pleaser

We served the Authentic Chicago Italian Beef at a party and there was not a piece left. Everyone raved at how delicious it was and we are sure to serve this over and over again! Our only regret was not saving any leftovers ahead of time.

Not thick cut

The bacon is really good,but as far as thick cut,, No,, there was no thick cut in this order, I received, although, the package, says thick cut, and that what I expected? But it's like every other bacon,, Thin sliced, I was disappointed,,

Absolutely the best

These are the best tasting bone in pork chops I have had in many, many years (70). There usually is a nice fat cap around the chop which is the best. However, I do not grill mine, I put them frozen in the air fryer and they come out perfect every time. The only thing that could improve is if they would put a piece of wax paper or something between the chops. Because I am alone, I have to defrost the entire package to get one chop out.
