My husband and I were so happy with or bone-in New York Strip steaks . The flavor was out of this world. We're in a new home (newer range/broiler) so I
over broiled and it was very little pink. However, the flavor and the juiciness were still there! We really enjoyed them both. Scott and Mike were very friendly and very helpful, I was happy to "meat" them! Yes, a little pricey, but when you want the best, I am willing to pay for it. My advise, don't hesitate on these great meats...they will not disappoint. OK, now I'm getting hungry.....

Great flavorful steak but cut was a bit weird with gristle and thin cut negative to the experience. Not what they would dare serve in a restaurant. Ponderosa?
